I was pleasantly surprised when my car was delivered before the alloted due date. The staff at the garage were very pleasant and accomodating. After the initial ordering of the car the sales representative kept me well informed of the due date.

There appears to be a major communication problem between bmw/mini recovery and the dealer. Simply telling us you don’t know means your systems have failed.
