Every thing went smoothly The car booked in shown the waiting area tea and coffee supplied with the daily papers

Arranged to pick car up at 4.30pm and was promised it would be washed. Was rung at 10.30am to say car was ready (leaving 6 hours to wash my car) and when i arrived to pick the car up at 4.30pm (as arranged) the car hadn't been washed.

See answer in 1 above.On another occasion the car was booked in for bodywork repairs and MOT. Repairs were fine but when we arrived to collect the car the MOT had not been done and we had to wait a further 90 minutes for an "emergency" MOT.

Because when I received my car back, the passenger window was open and it was raining. Also, the glove compartment wouldn’t close and I discovered the casing was not correctly fitted.

My car came pre-owned with some minor issues, these where dealt with by Paul in the body shop, working away from home meant that my schedule was very busy but Paul and the team manager at to work around this. All issues where corrected to 100%

The member of staff that I spoke to during recent visit was particularly very helpful. I think her name was Kelly (from BMW). She really did go out of her way to make me feel at ease and was extremely efficient. Excellent, top class, friendly service

Jade who I was dealing with was very lovely and upbeat, very polite! Brilliant telephone manner, can’t fault her. However feel they could have been more in the ball dealing with my car and got information back to me more quickly.

The service desk staff were friendly and polite. The service was carried out quicker than expected. I like the fact the car is washed and vacuumed as well. Disappointing that the service desk was in the BMW showroom, and no text reminder received

I dropped my car at Mini and they dropped to my work and picked me up again from work. i was happy with that.the car was ready when i arrived, ready and washed.
