I was extremely dissatisfied with the young woman on the service desk. I felt she was bias and not at all helpful. But the rest of the staff were helpful. I do not think that her presentation is factual there is not enough room for an example.
Lewis listened to what I wanted, asked sensible questions to establish that I knew exactly what I would and would not get and then presented me with a range of options to help me choose the right car.
Difficult to get the history of the car Other dealers /manufacturers provide full details of service history. Sytner refused.

The way the service was handle was very good but instructions for the position of the drop off box for keys was not clear. The car was going in to Mini so we assumed the drop off box would be by the Mini front door not the BMW - why not have a sign?
As far as I so competent to judge, all most satisfactorily completed, with excellent ongoing advice.
