I had a very vague issue which they tracked down and rectified speedily and effectively.
I was happy with the service, communication was good and also the explanation of the service was good.
Staff very approachable. Time efficient.
There appears to be a major communication problem between bmw/mini recovery and the dealer. Simply telling us you dont know means your systems have failed.
Happy, although gap insurance appeared to have been added to my invoice for some reason. Thought this was illegal!
The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you even when it was very busy. The car was ready on time and I was offered a driver to take me where I needed to go once I had dropped the car off.

I have over the last 12 years have been given excellent service by Sytner/Trainer and find no faults to report.
The service manager, Simon, was excellent. He kept me informed at every stage. Also I think the servicing of the car was excellent, too. The only downside was the cost of the parts etc. Again, at every stage Simon kept in touch.

Speak as you find , great showroom with papers and hot drinks for customers. Offered lift to Home as newbtyre required.

Couldn't fault the service but would have preferred to have had my car delivered back to me as I have trouble getting time off work.
Although I was looking for a Countryman I was not able to have onein my preferred colours inside or out.

for my old mini i was able to take the car in, get a lift to town and pick up car after lunch. for this car my only option offered was to drop off at 9.30 and pick up after 5 pm. as i live 25 miles away this new option was not very convenient.

See above. I had rather a lot of telephone calls in the early stages of acquiring my new car to check on how it was which were appreciated for some of the time. Proof of the pudding is when the car needs to go back in for whatever reason.
