I was kept informed about the delivery date of my Mini on a regular basis. Very pleased it arrived earlier than expected and found Graham, the sales person, very helpful in explaining how it all worked!

Alex was amazing and Rhys sent a video of the service but no wash and vac was available. I'm afraid a bar of chocolate in recompense doesn't really do it! Money off the service total would have been more appreciated.

Graham Dawson set the tone for the whole of our dealings when considering and then purchasing the MINI. Not pushy and extremely supportive throughout the whole process. All of the team that we met were friendly and helpful.
