I was very satisfied with my experience at the MINI Centre because the staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the purchase and delivery process. Everything was explained clearly, the process was smooth and well organised.

Aimee was great and helped me through every step of the process even though there were some difficulties delivering the car due to a recall . Appreciate that recalls happen but the date for part kept changing. Bought car from showroom. Hence 3/5

I am totally not happy about the service I have received since the car was taken to Sytner in Swansea, it was there for 3 weeks, I had to do all the chasing and asking for updates, I only ever received 1 single phone call the rest was whatsapp

My wife dropped car off as aways for a service whilst waiting to be told its in all day. Which caused her to return home so our daughter could collect her car to follow her back to dealership. So they leave the car there. Stressful !!!!!!

Had to deal with BMW not Mini staff initially. Mini staff txt me soon after I'd left to say that I also needed spark plugs which increased the cost by over £200. Then at 4pm I was rung to say the car needed rear brake pads no CITNOW video received.

The service was good with regulat updates throughout. Disappointing was the ni cleaning of the cars as the flood you had happened some time ago. With Sytnas good customer service this should have been put right the next week regardless of cost

I like that you can communicate via text message to arrange your appointment, responses were quick. I needed a loan car, this was arranged for me. I was met by Charlotte in Mini, Synter Swansea, I always deal with her, she's amazing.

Lack of communication as they did not notify me that it would not be ready on the day and when I rang for an update there was no one available to confirm what was happening and no one returned my call until first thing the following morning.
