This is not a reflection on the team in Swansea but of the non existent customer service from Mini UK. Waiting weeks on end with no update and having to chase myself. Has very much put me off purchasing again after an awful experience.

When I was checked in I was made fully aware of what would be done, the total cost and how long the service would take. The time taken was bang on and the service reception came to find me to send me on my way.

The problem I had was booking the car in. I rang and got told that I could leave a message and that I would have a call back during office hours. I rang at 11:30am and 2pm!! The call back which was supposed to come within 45mins, came 3 days later.

Work carried out was good however rhe cost was more than was quoted when booking in online - the work i had was exactly what i booked in online. Normally the car is washed, this wasnt done and no fee was taken off for not washing the car

The service of the car was all carried out wonderfully, but I asked for a problem with a speed warning light to be looked at and it is still coming up everytime I stop and start, doesn't affect the performance, just a bit annoying.

I was time pressured when I came in for the service as I had a funeral to attend. I made this known to the member of staff I checked my vehicle in with. Despite this I was over 45 minutes overtime leaving the centre.
