The only thing that i wasn't satisfied with was that I was due to pick my new mini up on March 1st, I had an email to say I was to pick it up on the 28th of Feb which I questioned, subsequently pick up was 12th March.

I was initially miffed that the Mini servicing centre was closed on a Tuesday and I wasn't told, but Kieran, my service provider, turned it around and gave superlative service throughout my visit. Many thanks to him and the Mini service team.

Great check in experience with Chloe. While car needed to stay an extra night for part order, I was kept up to date and ensured all ok. Grest service at point of collection too. Very helpful using WhatsApp. All seemed tailored to me.

The customer Service is superb, Alex is great!! The actual work left alot to be desired. Come out with a completely new issue and also left dirty oily rags and bits of tools under the bonnet. Not what you expect from a job costing £1000+

Electric Mini, what is there to service? A visual check of suspension and a computer update if required.it also had Brake fluid change.called to say the car was ready 55 min after leaving it and charged £330 .Extraordinarily outrageously expensive
