Purchase was excellent but delivery was delayed as there was a block on the car but got it after a 3 week delay but that was no fault of Sytner Swansea.

The issue with the drivers door window motor was resolved quickly, a part was instock and replaced under warranty. I like the text message notifications with regards to checking in my vehicle, the link to track the status and the video report

Professional and friendly staff made the experience of rectifying the issue on my Mini a very positive one. They knew what part was needed so only one visit to the dealership was needed. Excellent service!
