Excellent service. Tara in Swansea was very helpful and lovely. She worked hard to accommodate my mum and I when picking our cars. The process was so simple. She was happy to answer any questions. Lewis was also very helpful and lovely.

When I was checked in I was made fully aware of what would be done, the total cost and how long the service would take. The time taken was bang on and the service reception came to find me to send me on my way.

The problem I had was booking the car in. I rang and got told that I could leave a message and that I would have a call back during office hours. I rang at 11:30am and 2pm!! The call back which was supposed to come within 45mins, came 3 days later.
