A wiring problem. I accepted return of my car. I inspected the car later that day to discover that the coolant level was below minimum I purchased coolant and topped it up. The next morning not have driven the car I returned to it to find the front

I was brought coffee and Welsh cakes while I was waiting for my car to have a MOT and break fluid change. Even though the lift wasn't working I was shown where I could access an accessible toilet as I am a wheelchair user.

Because the service was excellent, as was the turnaround time to complete the recall work. It was a little awkward that no courtesy car was available, but, relatively minimal disruption so, it wasn't a major issue.
