very good service from front of house but had to return the car after leaving the garage as the tyre light on the dash board returned after the garage had said it had been dealt with and the car was not cleaned very well

When I arrived to collect my vehicle I was asked to go from Mini to BMW, I asked if the person from Mini could come to me I do not drive a BMW I drive a Mini so wondered why I wasn't told when phoned to collect my vehicle.
We didn't feel we were under any pressure to submit to 'sales talk' and we were comfortable with the whole process of purchasing our new Mini
As stated above, the staff were helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. They explained everything thoroughly and in detail.
After ordering I was kept informed at ever stage, through to pick up.

Almost no information given, whether oil was changed, fluids topped up, what was found at MOT (eg. gases/particulates reading). no written details of depth of tyre treads, brake pad wear. Generally uninformative.

Overall happy with all the staff and service, my only negative is that I didn't get a promised follow up call to see how things were a few days after collecting the car. Unfortunately there were a few minor issues to resolve.

The staff very friendly and accommodating, all issues addressed . The car was hoovered well, small detail which would have given completely satisfied would have been a clean of the dashboard and console.
The Service Desk was great but I didn't like the recommendation from the mechanic that my brake pads should be changed, just 24 hours after passing an MOT.
Service was done with really good information about what was done to the car. However, I thought there would be a tyre change as well, but I had to wait a week as the wrong tyres were in stock.
Friendly atmosphere, made to feel very welcome.
