Overall happy with all the staff and service, my only negative is that I didn't get a promised follow up call to see how things were a few days after collecting the car. Unfortunately there were a few minor issues to resolve.

The Service Desk was great but I didn't like the recommendation from the mechanic that my brake pads should be changed, just 24 hours after passing an MOT.
Service was done with really good information about what was done to the car. However, I thought there would be a tyre change as well, but I had to wait a week as the wrong tyres were in stock.

I found the collection process quite confusing. I simply wanted my old vehicle to be left at the garage when I picked up my new one but had to arrange for it to be collected.

Everything was ready for me and did not take a long time. The surroundings were very comfortable and lovely coffee.All staff very friendly and welcoming.
So each time I have taken any of our minis in to Sytner, there always seems to be an issue post service. At the last service for our mini one we were quoted £160 for service. Then my daughters were about to be charged £250 until I turned up.

Lewis Hughes, MINI Sales Executive was courteous, helpful and informative with respect to my choice of car. He kept me updated on the progress of building of the car including sending a video of its arrival at Sytner, Swansea which was great.
The valet was practically non exvistrnt. Thought it would have comprised of more than a hosepipe put over it and a one minute vacuum. Also following morning my tyre pressure warning light came on! Thought it was a health check. Totally waste of money
