I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Sytner Swansea Mini. It was only six weeks from my initial contact with Sytner Swansea Mini on 18/10/2020 to driving away my new car on 30/11/2020.
Everything was very straight forward and Lewis kept me updated at every stage of the process. We didn't have the car delivered but the picking up process went very smoothly, especially with the current climate as it is.
Listened, checked some points I raised, gave comprehensive feedback. Good management of COVID issues too.

Car loan made it easier to leave car for the week to resolve the boot area water ingress. After an initial visit the dealer quickly arranged for the repair and loan for the following week, which was excellent as weather constantly raining.
